Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Start a Return

Email support@mennts.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We’ll reply with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Securely package the item and ship it using a trusted courier.
Refunds
After your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 days.
There are no restocking or handling fees.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different color, style, or product, contact support@mennts.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Change of mind: Accepted if the item is unused and in original packaging

Defective items: Please send clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund

Damaged on arrival: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos

Incorrect item received: Contact us immediately and we’ll send the correct item at no additional cost

Package not received: Reach out to us so we can investigate; if confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship by emailing support@mennts.com.
If the order has already been dispatched, it can be returned after delivery in line with our return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos of the item and packaging to support@mennts.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
