Delivery Timeframes

After your order is placed, you can expect the following timeline:

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Shipping transit: 6–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+1) are typically processed the same business day.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery through our tracking page.

If you’d like to confirm same-day processing, feel free to reach out — we usually respond within one business day.


Free Shipping

All mennts orders ship free of charge, with no minimum purchase and no location restrictions.


Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to a courier-related issue, contact us and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.


Pickup Point & Missed Deliveries

If your order is delivered to a pickup point, shipping is fully covered by us.

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a €25 handling fee may be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after shipment. Minor delays are normal, and we appreciate your patience.
