1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8–11 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 9–13 business days from the date of purchase.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All mennts orders include free shipping, no matter the order size or delivery location.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Unused and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

4. Who covers the return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. In those cases, mennts will cover the return shipping cost.

5. How do I request a return?

To start a return, email us at info@mennts.com and include your order number. We’ll send you the return steps and the correct return address.

6. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 7 days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t been shipped. Contact us at info@mennts.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already been sent, you may still return it after delivery according to our return policy.
